Abstract instructions for presentation and e-poster :

• Only abstracts submitted online will be accepted.
• Abstracts must be written in English.
• The abstract must include title, authors (first and last names in full), affiliations, supervisors and PhD email adress.
• Abstract text should not exceed 300 words.
• The deadline for submission is Sunday, September 13 (closed).

Instructions for presentation in power point form :

• The deadline for submission to the jury is set Friday, October 7.
• The presentation lasts 10 minutes recorded on a power point in English.
